Service Updates: Message Delays and New Communication Channels

-Email Notifications: We have now enabled an option for you to receive all updates directly to your chosen email account. This ensures you continue receiving important notifications reliably, even if there are delays with text messaging.

-Live Requests on Dashboard: We have upgraded your online dashboard to feature live request updates. By simply logging into your Tiptree.io account, you can view all your requests in real time without the need for text message notifications.

We wanted to let you know about some exciting updates to our platform at tiptree.io! We’ve been working hard to improve our site, and we’re happy to report that we’ve made some significant improvements.

Firstly, we’ve made some big improvements to our loading times, which means you’ll be able to get to work even faster. We’ve also addressed some intermittent downtime issues, so you can focus on your art without any distractions.

We’ve also introduced two different styles of landing pages, giving you more control over how your work is presented. And we’re happy to announce that we’ve added three new tiers of payment options: free, pro, and master. Each level comes with different features, so you can choose the level that works best for you.

Lastly, we’ve made it easier to pay for your membership by introducing annual and monthly payment options. We hope that these changes will make your experience with tiptree.io even better.

  2. Targeted Messaging: Understand your audience and segment your contact list accordingly. You might have fans, fellow artists, gallery owners etc., and the kind of message that each group would appreciate can vary significantly.

  3. Timing Matters: Send text messages at appropriate times. Unless you have global fan base, avoid sending messages at early morning or late-night hours.

  4. Value-Added Content: Make sure every text message you send provides value to your contacts. This could be updates on your latest work, invitations to exhibitions, or exclusive content for your fans.

Welcome to TipTree.io, the platform designed by musicians, for musicians. This step-by-step guide will walk you through creating and managing your account.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit TipTree.io and click on “Sign Up Today!”
  2. Fill in your necessary information including your name, email, and create a password.
  3. Click on “Create Account”.
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email. Click the link in that email to verify your account.

Step 2: Plan Selection

  1. Choose the plan that suits your needs (TipTree.io offers multiple plans with varying features).
  2. If you select a paid plan, fill in your payment details. Don’t worry, there is a 30-day Free Trial period.

Step 3: Personalize Your Account

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Add your profile picture and cover image.
  3. Fill in your bio and other personal details.
  4. Don’t forget to add your social media profiles or any other custom links.

Step 4: Create Your Landing Page

  1. Click on “Landing Pages” on your dashboard.
  2. Select “Create New Landing Page”.
  3. Add relevant details about your music, pictures, and links.

Step 5: Set Up Your Setlists

  1. Navigate to “Setlists” from your dashboard.
  2. Click “Create New Setlist”.
  3. Add or upload your songs.

Step 6: Add Your Setlist to Landing Page

  1. Click back into your “Landing Pages”.
  2. Select the landing page you want to add your setlist to.
  3. In the “Setlist” section, select the setlist you created.
  4. Save your page.
