Tiptree.io offers a 30-day free trial period for our TipTree Pro Artist Subscription. During this trial period, customers can explore the software and its features to determine whether it is a suitable fit for their needs. At the end of the trial period, the customer’s credit card is automatically charged for the subscription fee.

If a customer wishes to cancel their subscription during the trial period, they may do so at any time. In such cases, no charges will be made, and the customer will not be obligated to continue the subscription. However, after the trial period, we have a strict no-return policy.

In the event of a billing error or an unauthorized charge, we will investigate the matter and provide a full refund if necessary. We may require proof of the error or unauthorized charge before providing a refund.
