TipTree is always on the lookout for innovative methods to help musicians in their journey to scale their careers and make more money. Although we are only a few months into 2022, we are so excited about our accomplishments so far – especially our partnership with Entertainment Guide Minnesota!

Entertainment Guide Minnesota is a monthly publication featuring the trendiest local events, and we are proud of our first feature in the May edition with Minneapolis-based musician Jesse Totushek who combines musical talent with business savvy as he scales his career with TipTree.

Refund/Cancelation Policy for Tiptree.io

Tiptree.io offers a 30-day free trial period for our TipTree Pro Artist Subscription. During this trial period, customers can explore the software and its features to determine whether it is a suitable fit for their needs. At the end of the trial period, the customer’s credit card is automatically charged for the subscription fee.

If a customer wishes to cancel their subscription during the trial period, they may do so at any time. In such cases, no charges will be made, and the customer will not be obligated to continue the subscription. However, after the trial period, we have a strict no-return policy.

In the event of a billing error or an unauthorized charge, we will investigate the matter and provide a full refund if necessary. We may require proof of the error or unauthorized charge before providing a refund.
